weight loss

I'm starting my own weight loss plan for myself. I have been using QuickTrim a shake to keep me energizing throughout the day. I drink this in replace of two meals. It's been almost two weeks and I have lost about 5 lbs.  So far I'm doing good. I'm starting to write down what I do through the day. I work a ten hour shift and I stand most of the time so I'm squeezing my tummy in as I work. I read in an article a while back that you could squeeze your tummy to tighten up your abs while waiting in line. I think this helps a lot too. I'm used to doing this so it's not a big challenge for me.
